mediaReach OMD is West and Central Africa’s No.1 independent media specialist. We are focused on developing & providing world class media planning and buying services to leading international clients across this sub-region. Starting operations in 1999, mediaReach OMD has grown to become the biggest media agency in West & Central Africa today.

The agency has given direction to the practice of media planning and buying in Nigeria and indeed the West & Central African sub-region. In the first year of operation, mediaReach OMD revolutionized media practice in Nigeria by initiating standards to ensure unprecedented high media compliance by media owners and prompt payments for placements implemented. Within eighteen months of operation, mediaReach OMD led the industry in positive directions by championing the launch of media planning data & tools. Proprietary tools launched and still in use today include ESPRI and Media Star for effective and efficient media plans.
Since 2003, mediaReach OMD has also undertaken the publication of the West & Central African Media Facts Book – an industry accepted data collection book about the West & Central African advertising scene and the only manual for media advertising information in the regions.

  With extraordinary media practice credentials in Nigeria and indeed West & Central Africa, mediaReach OMD is still unsatisfied with these accomplishments and has continuously challenged the dynamics of the marketplace. Our desire to leverage international work tools, talents and ideas led us to affiliate with OMD, the global media advertising company of Omnicom in 2003. Omnicom is arguably the world's largest marketing communications network, with offices in over 80 countries. This affiliation places at our disposal the global capabilities of OMD to the benefit of our local & international clients and their brands.

OMD Ghana is the second OMD operation in West Africa and is sited in the Cantonments neighbourhood of Accra. In a relatively short space of time, this young team has gained a very strong reputation based on its audience data-led media planning, new business wins and re-definition of stakeholder relationships.

OMD Cameroon is our latest OMD operation and strategically positions us to cover the CEMAC region. Our office is situated at the Fairwind Residence, Bp 5266 Rue Tokoto, Beside St John's Plaza, Bonapriso, Douala. Has invested in the first TV & Radio audience measurement study in Cameroon.
